Grief Support Now Available

It is impossible to comprehend the intense anguish and pain we endure when we lose a loved one. The symptoms go beyond what anyone could possibly comprehend unless they have endured a loss themselves. Even then, another person's grief  journey may be handled different than yours. The list is endless of emotional and physical symptoms one may endure after losing a loved one. Everything from a loss of interest in things you once felt pleasure for, to struggles concentrating, anger, numbness, resentment, disorientation, ongoing fatigue, guilt, loneliness, physical illness and depression are only a few one may experience. Patti believes that although grief is universal, each person's journey is very personal therefore grief support can vary from person to person. Grieving is a process that takes a long time, and taking the time to get support for yourself is crucial whether it has been a month, 6 months, 1 year or 3 years. Grief travelers go at different paces, honor yours.
