About Our Programs

Pre-Registration is required for all classes.

Our programs are tailored to meet the needs of people affected by cancer. Classes are offered on a pay-as-you-can basis, ensuring that our programs are accessible to everyone. Whether you are actively in treatment, have recently overcome cancer or are supporting someone dealing with cancer, Wellness Within’s doors are open to support you.

  • Please review and complete the online Liability & Photo Release Waiver prior to registering for classes. This form only needs to be completed one time.

  • If you cannot make it to a class you already registered for, please alert us (at 916-788-0333 or by email admin@wellnesswithin.org) that you will not be attending so that we can make room for someone else. Our online system does not allow clients to cancel.

  • Please make sure you fill out a registration form before participating in our programs. You can do this by attending an orientation (online or in-person) or arriving early to your first class.

  • Please do not come to class if you are sick.

  • Please refrain from wearing perfumes and other synthetic scents.

  • Note that if there are no sign-ups for class, the class may be cancelled for that day.
